Daily Exercise

Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily. Regular physical exercise has numerous benefits. Add your favorite kind of exercise in your daily routine for 30 minutes atleast. It can be walking, running, dancing, or playing a sport. This will not only improve your cardiovascular health but also improve your mood and will help in maintaining a healthy body weight.

Add Some Stretches

Prioritize flexibility and mobility through stretching and yoga. Our modern sedentary lifestyle has made it very important to stretch and make our constricted muscles flexible. We are glued to our chairs in front of screens and it is resulting in constricted joints and muscles. Do yoga for 2 weeks and you will feel the difference.

Improve cardiovascular health

The health of our heart is imperative and therefore doing activities such as running, aerobics, swimming, and dancing will improve blood circulation thereby improving cardiovascular health.

Quality Sleep

Quality sleep is important for proper day-to-day functioning. It is crucial for your physical and mental recovery. There are many notions about the amount of hours required but they all suggest somewhat between 6-9 hours for optimal health and well-being.

Hydration

We often ignore the importance of proper hydration. Aim to drink atleast 2-4 litres of water in a day. It is essential for all bodily functions from small ones like mood regulation to bigger ones like nutrient absorption.

Eat a balanced diet: Consume a variety of nutrient-rich foods, including fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean proteins, and dairy or dairy alternatives, to provide essential vitamins and minerals for overall health.

Quit smoking: Break the habit of smoking to reduce the risk of various health issues, including cardiovascular disease and respiratory problems.
